VMware Default Username and Passwords

As you build out your vSphere environment, you might run into the same thing that most of us have… WHAT ARE THE DEFAULT USERNAME AND PASSWORDS FOR EACH PRODUCT?!

I’m throwing together this document (more products to come) of some of the products I have used so far. Hope these help you.

If you have any additions or corrections please post in the comments. I’ll continue to fill this out shortly.

The default user and password for the vCOPs vms’s themselves are “root” and “vmware” respectively. You will need that during the initial deployment of vCOPs.

It is November the 15th and the only thing we might see here is a ws_table id=”7″
